The college has highly dedicated and well-experienced faculty with vast teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The faculty structure at the college conforms to MCI requirements. They also conduct CMEs, workshops, conferences regularly, in order to disseminate the latest knowledge in various disciplines. They are also invited as guest speakers at various academic programs in different institutions. Faculty members of MVJMC&RH have been selected to work in various capacities at prestigious academic bodies, at the University level. Under the able guidance of faculty members, undergraduate students have been successful in bagging prestigious ICMR sponsored short term studentship program successively every year. Faculty members have also secured grants from various organizations to carry out research projects. Mentorship program in the college helps reinforce the communication between faculty members and students and provides a platform of personalized one-to-one interaction between them. Excellent results at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in successive years provide a

testimony to teaching quality at MVJ Medical College. Medical Education Unit regularly conducts faculty development programs to keep the faculty abreast of the latest teaching/learning methodologies. The faculty members are not just academically oriented but also participate enthusiastically in various extracurricular activities.
